If that's your rationale against injury pools we might as well just shut the thread down now.

JPP is a FA after next season, if he has a great year I wouldn't expect him back. DE is definitely somewhere they will look to at some point.

I just don't feel comfortable doing that in the first round. However if a DE is indeed the BPA, which clearly isn't the case in this mock, then that's another story. Bosa or even Buckner if a big shakeup happens could be a major coup. Carl Nassib could be a solid choice in round 2 or 3 to fill the need of a potential replacement. And I have similar thoughts about a WR. This draft is great for the WR2 spot so if we go with Treadwell I'll be pretty disappointed.

I have confidence in Jerry with Round 1 though. I just hope he picks a LB in some round.

That said, I'd also put Week 4 for a Ben Roethlisberger injury pool. Either way, those guys are too broken now to make a full healthy season ever again

It works because he leans forward before spinning in another direction. It is subtle but enough to get the defender to bite. The Romo shimmy.

These animals once tried to smear me by shopping a post together where it looked like I admitted that the Pats SB win over the Panthers was legitimate and that I respected Tom Brady.

People have no kind of decency or honor these days.

This. I was all about the meteor, but reluctantly hoped the Pats would win. It worked out for the best. Seattle lost and New England won another SB that everyone agrees is tainted
