Giants lose out (@PHI, @WAS)

Tampa Bay wins out (@NO, CAR)
Atlanta loses against NO and beats CAR

This creates a 3 way NYG/DET/ATL tie with 2 spots available. 1st wild card is determined by DET/ATL Strength of Victory (which will be dependent on how their opponents do in the remaining games). If it goes to DET, DET and ATL are the wild cards. If it goes to ATL, ATL and NYG are wild cards.
