Even if you have a qb, it doesnt necessary solve the problem. you can have a marginally good qb with a good group around. See Mark Sanchez and your Jets, See Trent Dilfer and the Ravens. Watt+ Cushing+ Clowney+Wilfork= oh shit awesome front seven. Without Watt, the defense isnt quite as frightening. You weaken your defense while at the same time anchoring your offense around one player who you can't build around for ten years.
