Can't they just amend the challenge flag rules to say that if a flag is thrown on a reviewed play, that the challenge is just voided or something? I don't get the penalty and no review thing. I guess it's to stop teams from delaying games with fake challenge flags, but the current rule is straight-up retarded. PEACE.
