If you're interested - really interested - in what it takes to become an NHL ref plus a great window in the decision making skills they employ on the fly, I recommend you bookmark Kelly Fraser's column "C'mon Ref!" on TSN.ca. He had the Best Hair in Hockey™ during his working days, and now that he's retired it's gloves off when it comes to commentary. Good stuff.
