Not fake at all...it's actually a pretty big trend as far as body modification goes right now...Ass shots are very real, and I've seen some terrible "procedures" over the last few years.

Ass implants are basically the new boob jobs. A ton of models are getting them, then vehemently denying getting them, and to top it off its far easier to play off like you just gained weight or something + its easier to minimize scarring/evidence of getting it.

Theres a lot of accounts from models and stuff on VladTV. Stories about some women getting them done in hotels, not knowing what exactly is being injected into them, Caribbean countries being a haven for ass enhancements, etc.
