If you can understand Russian you can get watch it now since it was release there about a year ago. From the trailer the scenes look virtually unchanged if at all. If you live in a Russian neighborhood you can most likely find it in a movie rental place.

Overall i liked the movie even though i have russian understanding comparable to that of a 1st grader and needed someone to explain some things to me. The scenes aren't up to par with those of spiderman and the matrix but they hold their ground. I can promise this movie isn't like underworld, but more like blade, with less attitude.

Short synopsis
The story is basically like this, there is a balance amoung the vampires and mortals. The vampires need permission to eat someone and the mortals need permission to do something good. The nightwatch just keeps this balanced enforced. The problems begin when some vampires start breaking the rules and eating people they aren't supposed.
