In addition to video games available at retail stores, Nintendo also offers a variety of content that people can download directly to their systems. Nintendo adds new titles to the Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo 3DS™/Nintendo 3DS XL system, to the Nintendo DSi™ Shop for the Nintendo DSi system and to the Wii™ Shop Channel for the Wii console at 9 a.m. Pacific time on Thursdays.

The Nintendo eShop is a cash-based service and features games, applications and videos in both 2D and 3D. Users can add money to their virtual wallets using a credit card or by purchasing a Nintendo 3DS Prepaid Card at a retail store and entering the code from the card.

The Wii Shop Channel offers games and applications and uses Wii Points™, which can be purchased via the Wii Shop Channel. The Nintendo DSi Shop offers games and applications and uses Nintendo DSi Points™, which can be purchased in the Nintendo DSi Shop. A Wii Points Card™ and Nintendo DSi Points Card™ can be purchased at retail locations. All points from one card must be redeemed in either the Wii Shop Channel or the Nintendo DSi Shop, respectively. They are not transferable and cannot be divided between the two systems.

Remember that Wii, Nintendo 3DS/Nintendo 3DS XL and Nintendo DSi feature parental controls that let adults manage some of the content their children can access. For more information about this and other features, visit http://www.nintendo.com/wii, http://www.nintendo.com/3ds or http://www.nintendo.com/ds.

Can someone with a NA 3DS just double-check that Freakyforms Deluxe is $19.99 in the eShop? (assuming you can see the price before release)

With some luck Gunman Clive might be released this month.

The US version is in lotcheck right now (still waiting for the Australian rating before I can submit the EU version). So if everything goes well it shouldn't take too long. Though there's also a bunch of administrative stuff I need to clear up, plus marketing assets that need to be done.

Heh, this is definitely your first time on this rodeo, isn't it? You have my condolences.

yeah, I'm at work and want to know as well... hope its that much since I didn't like the $40 price tag.

That's the price Amazon, GameStop and other retailers have listed for the cartridge version. The downloadable version will probably cost the same.

k cool.. now second question is... any reviews yet? I played the fuck outa the original one and need to know if this one is worth my time.

Just bought Art of Balance TOUCH! because I liked the demo and had planned to possibly buy it anyway -- the sale is what sealed the deal. Hope I'll enjoy it.

Kudos for the nice shooter you have there! I just saw a youtube review of the PC version, and that immediately put the game on my shopping list*.

* as well as brought me a few doubts about the future of mankind, judging by the absolute inadequacy of the reviewer who seemed incapable of passing the intro level or pronounce your name.

we were all fooled man!
that was an expert attempt of trolling so now we re all prepared for the future!
;)

I should post a "I Want to Believe" gif. But in all honesty, I sort of expected a debacle judging the people involved.

Sorry GAF, I promise next time will be awesome and maybe it's sooner than later ;-)

Let's get back on topic. I think I figured why this eshop week sucks. This way Europe can buy all this awesome VC roms that USA hasn't yet.

So Europe gets the "Fashion Contest" demo. Is this the one America had last week? I thought, from reading impressions, the demo was about the store. Hope we're not skipping that demo.

Think Nintendo have released the wrong Style Savvy demo in Europe. We're supposed to have "Fashion Contest" but instead we have "Shopping Experience". And the online aspect of it doesn't even work.

Nnooo just did an interview that reveals some interesting trivia about their DSiWare releases

Apparently their MyNotebook app has sold in excess of 200k copies, and they say the eShop has invigorated the entire DSiWare service.
