You clearly didn't read everything. The poster was using a MiG device on his switch, that's why he's banned. Theory about buying used games getting people banned is unsubstantiated.Read my comment. It doesn't matter the reason. They should not be able to brick your device. Nobody should lay $450 for a console and potentially hundreds if not thousands on overpriced video games and accessories just for Nintendo to turn around and nuke everything because you put the wrong cartridge in or did something they don't like. That's just objectively wrong.
You call me dramatic, you clearly don't value your money or time. The average consumer has no idea about the EULA but if they did they probably would think twice about buying into an ecosystem where you can lose everything on a dime.
