Yeah I have an SD in mine for music. Carphone wharehous ones are also Unlocked so thats pretty handy for if I go away.

I've the same offer through Giffgaff bar unlimited texts. Hard to beat although Three's £12.90 a month rolling contract tempts me with no roaming charges where they operate. Plus free 4G where they have it.

Just having a look at this Net10 thing as I'm not in the US but as far as I can gather if she's on the AT&T Net10 thing it'll work. If it's T-Mobile she'd need the Lumia 521.

yeah, I managed to order (back order) one but I'll be checking if my mobile operator can unlock it, as far as I know since last year every phone operator sells unlocked phones and they are supposed to unlock the phones too if you show the invoice.
I guess I am lucky to have that back ordered because it gives me some time to cancel it in case my "research" ends in not being able to unlock it.
