M&M's Kart Racing for GOTY 2008, it looks like the slowest racing game ever made.

November delivers.

Holy shit at that pet doctor one, that black lady is totally cross eyed.

Before I make fun of this, is Julie disabled in some way?
lol

Even if she is...you're a sinner! You're making fun of it in your mind!

Oh, geez, this thread is horrible! Sorry, OP. :lol

Endless Ocean is this month, though?

APPROACHING SOUND BARRIER? what the fuck does that mean?

In that game, considering how many times it was said in the video; largely a means of wishful thinking. It's pretty bad when you have to imagine yourself going fast while a video game.

Mostly I like how the cars sound like lawnmowers.

It's coming out in January for $30. There's some impressions in the official thread somewhere around here.

You know what?

I thought of something Julie could be doing with a slight modification of what she's holding, but I'll keep that to myself.

Approaching sound barrier?

So I guess the characters in M&Ms Kart Racing repeat the same phrase every time they pass/are passed by another driver?

How could you not realize how irritating that is during development?

I'm guessing it'll probably be one of the better games you and Ami and the rest would call a non-game

Isn't it pretty much just roaming around a big ocean and exploring the many sights rather than a game with an objection?

In the only two kart racing series I've ever played (Mario Kart and Krazy Racers), they say catch phrases when they get ahead, albeit less annoying.

Just like in the American Girl: Julie book series, this game enables you to experience life through the eyes of Julie Albright, a nine-year-old girl living in 1975 San Francisco. Julie faces exciting challenges as America rapidly changes at the time of the 1975-1976 bicentennial. Explore Julie's world and interact with her friends and family to see what life was really like for a young girl in this time period. Play more than 20 amusing mini games in this adventure of friendship and fun.Take care of Julie's rabbit, Nutmeg, and prepare her for the big San Francisco Rabbit Show. Dress Julie in fashionable outfits that her 1970s friends would consider groovy. Visit the Looking Back section, just like in the books, and discover interesting unlockable content. Explore the city on your own in single-player mode, or opt for two-player local multiplayer enjoyment. Before long, you'll be in the spirit of the 70s and having fun all over San Francisco.

Her parents got a divorce too. The end of the game is basically, her leaving her parents, rabbit and friend Ivy, a Chinese American girl who also lives in San Francisco in 1974.

Ah, good point. And it can be a little irritating in Mario Kart but yeah, never anything this bad.

Look, a nut. :lol

Endless Ocean's boxart is amazing.

Turning Point: Fall of Liberty is the definition of generic.

Julie finds a way is strangely erotic.

Julie Finds a Way puts me in mind of Judy Blume books, which in turn makes me want to end my life or at the least have a wash. In my family, Fudge would have died.

Insecticide's box looks cool. No idea about the game itself - though I sort of want Gamecock's efforts to be alright, because I like the look of some of the stuff they're publishing further down the track.

Someone needs to step up and win the thread by merging Julie's head with an M&M and renaming it "Julie Approaches Sound Barrier". My tablet is at work so I can't.

Wow. Lots of casual fare this month. Couldn't they put these games out in the summer and give us real games for Nov.?

Myth Maker? I'd only buy this game if it had Wi-Fi and it was tied to Skinny Puppy. :lol
