The fact that 360 versions of multiplatform games are out selling the PS2 versions definitely shows that people are losing interest in last gen games, but it seems the pricing is killing both Sony and MS.

Well, like I said in the other thread, 82K for a $600 system with few games is understandable... 174K for the 360, given it's software lineup, is way too low. Or maybe April just really sucked.

Super Paper Mario's numbers are impressive, almost a 100% attach rate for the month.

I said it before, but I think the Elite will continue to hurt the 360 more than help it. It looks like a price hike.

When does the PS3 hit rock bottom? I don't believe it can get any worse than this.

I think PS3 will keep dropping in JPN every week and US every month until it gets games with mass appeal or a price drop.

In Japan the mass appeal games are coming in July and in the US......maybe not until fall?


A price drop would work too, but only for a few weeks. Like someone else said. PS3 shows that gamers won't pay $600 for a system. X360 shows that gamers wont pay $400 for a system, so now the PS3 has to get to $300 in order to sell and yeahhhhhh...not gonna happen.
