Going to use EVGA Step-Up for this since my 980 is about a week over the 30 day return period at Microcenter. I would go in and see if they give me an exception but I doubt it.
I wonder what TitanX's will resell for now that this is out. Can't imagine many will find the extra 6GB VRAM to be worth it. I've personally seen more than 6GB used, but it's rare.
I'll sell you mine, barely used, for $650
Is a joke but I call first in the off chance that it is notI'll sell you mine, barely used, for $650
People just want to get your cards for cheap in the Sell/Trade thread.

Damn. I just bought my Titan X about 2 weeks ago.
Oh well, I'll be happy with the 12G of GDDR5 in a few years when games start to require more than 6G.. I hope.

So much pity for Titan X owners. Majority of us are just fine, thanks lol. Stop worrying about us and enjoy this 980Ti at a great price point
This card is designed for us 780Ti owners to upgrade to.
Trust your heart, you know you want this.

Apparently the 980 ti averages a higher clock ingame with the same clock and boost clock settings as the Titan X. This is also on the same driver version. This is what is causing the closer than expected performance to the Titan X.

So does this have 6gb ram straight up or is it going to be 5.5 + 0.5gb?
