Hillary really does look like she's in Tekken.
YES
Hillary really does look like she's in Tekken.
I don't mind politicians having fun for once, but good lord is this bad.Did you miss my post that linked to Bill rapping shortly before introducing Hillary? Methinks they're using a pretty coarse filter: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6eLToYV1Yk&feature=youtu.be&t=428
That's very true - those terms are used in academic discourse in appropriate ways, but they've been appropriated (irony) to be used as blunt cudgels to stifle speech in the general public as it stands (and academia is just happy to be relevant, so they don't care)
We (black Americans) say that term a lot. He probably learned it from his wife. Now his wife needs to teach him not to repeat it.
Couldn't he had just say I'm running in New York time? That would have just absolved everything

If anything, this thread has taught me that every minority seems to have a version of CPT joke. Something I truly did not know. Thanks, GAF.
Does any one on GAF hang around black people. I get it, most of you guys have never heard this term before but it's common enough to be recognized if you consistently hung around black people.
Is that early or late?
Hillary Clintons response to a racially charged comedy sketch with Mayor Bill de Blasio of New York on Saturday night was simple: Its all his fault.
Well, look, it was Mayor de Blasios skit, Mrs. Clinton told Cosmopolitan magazine. He has addressed it, and I will really defer to him because it is something that hes already talked about.
Hillary took the high road....and blamed de Blasio
Absolutely humourless and awkward. I don't think Hilary is capable of being funny.
Hillary took the high road....and blamed de Blasio
There's no doubt in my mind that Hillary is clinically narcissistic.
What a delightfully politician's response. Cuomo has the power in NYS anyway.Hillary took the high road....and blamed de Blasio
Look for the silver lining: repeated misuse of those concepts quickly identifies someone as likely not worth any further time engaging. If you play the probabilities, it's a convenient time saver.Yeah, seeing the way the valid concept of privilege has become a total panchreston in the last few years, such that any disagreement about the nature of things by a white person can be practically summarily dismissed if it can be connected even tenuously to the concept, has been simultaneously fascinating and frustrating.
