Yeah I'm done. After seing this picture I'm really tired. Gonna do diet, surgery, everything to get me away of this disease. Sorry for the rant but being this fat is fucking my mental state so much.

you might be packing some weight but you don't need a gastric band/balloon.
if you are seeing a doctor that's great but i think you're being a bit extreme here. If your doctor is telling you that you need a gastric balloon then I would maybe think about changing doctor.
With a positive mindset, simple exercises, and diet changes you could get rid of the weight without the need of surgery.

I would recomend for you to start taking propecia as well, as you have a receding hairline

Agreed, having a good diet is important. I do find that starting a diet is much harder to maintain than working out but that's just me.Exercise is great and all but keep in mind the number one driver of your potential weight loss is simply restricting your calorie intake.
