Weapon - Sword & Shield looks the best IMO since it makes him look gladiatorial.

I did a bunch of other characters too but I'm remaking/reorganizing them so that they show up in alphabetical order in the menus and Armor King came first.

I think there's quite a variety for both genders although I prefer making female characters.

Exactly. A standard Sword and Shield wouldn't look right either since she only wields one so the best choice would be the great sword.

Has anyone done any of the Last Blade characters yet? I tried creating Setsuna but got Dante, dressed completely in black, instead. Hopefully there's an unlockable long coat for the male characters.

I'm quite impressed with the SCIII custom character option and you can create some great ones using the options they give you. I only have two custom creations (Yua and Mia) to show right now since I've been busy unlocking stuff. I made a Lenneth and a Hanzo too. The heavy armor set for the female characters is a lot like the armor Lenneth wears in Valkyrie Profile so it was a pertty solid match.
