Oblivion Remastered has reached 9 million players in 3 months

Why not to share sales for a change? Especially since we know that they are very good.
That'd be like admitting the games they don't share sales about, flopped.

They made a lot of money with this remaster that's for sure, specially since as you said, it was one of the best selling games this year...

But not deserved tho, this remaster just shows how terribly the game aged, and it was one of my favorite games back then... they should have worked on the combat, what a waste...

It's still terribly rough and comically unpatched on PC :(

Technically it's shit on every platform AFAIK but that's a much smaller problem, i played original Oblivion at an average 25? FPS so i can deal with shit performance.

But the combat was what made me uninstall this game in just a few hours, it's so bad in 2025..

Stutters hardly bother me, but cummulative crashes based on playtime recorded in save file is some crazy stuff.

The graphic upgrade wasn't enough to defeat my adversion with bethesda games and bailed out after 20 hours.

Tainted grail felt like the much better game other than raw graphic and the world feeling a bit more alive.

I've wanted to buy this but was put off by the FUD comments on stuttering and antiquated systems/gameplay. I like Fallout 3/4/NV/Skyrim.

Should I buy it? I'm worried it will never get fixed to a level a new game would.

Because strictly sales won't include Game Pass, so why not go the path that displays an even larger number? (Their thinking, I suppose.)

Also, well deserved. Oblivion is awesome and this remake looked better than I thought it would across the board. It was so easy to play it all the way through again.

It is amazing.

I went Full Adam with that one for sure. Platted in a week or so. Devoured it just like I did in 2006.

I even faked a headache so I could leave work immediately as it was announced to go home and download it. Im in my early fucking 40s. That shit should NOT be happening.

GOTY

It hit the nostalgia segment of the brain just in the right ways.

"Players" is as worthless as the amount miles traveled. Nobody cares about this stat, and they know it, but still afraid of giving the actual sales numbers because they aren't impressive.
