LOLOLOLOL....ya an entire country called for financial reform and look what it got them. 20,000 ppl ( even if that much) congregating isn't going to change much. From the looks of it, most of the promoters are anarchist.
Remember the debt?
Remember how no one cared about it? Remember how Ross Perot got laughed out of the room for even mentioning it?
Remember how a small group of people start freaking out about it?
And look at us now, politicians are falling over themselves to be tough on debt.
And remember the war in Iraq?
Remember how it had 70% public support?
Remember how a small group of people start freaking about it?
And look at the dems in 08, politicians fell over themselves to be the most against the war.
But theres no need to focus on those two example, throughout history, small groups were very successful pushing an agenda over the general public, from abolitionism through womens suffrage to civil rights.
And its even easier now, as the vast majority of the public hate Wall Street and the banks.
I'm not saying it will work, but not trying because it's hard is a sure way to keep the status quo.

Oh please that reeks of you're either with us or the terrorists mentality.
Huh?
Where did you get that?
It was most certainly not my intent.

If they could only put as much effort into bettering their own communities then staging a protest life wouldn't be so bad.
I feel that an overhaul of our financial system is going to significantly better my life and community.
