I'm amazed at how many people hadn't picked up on this yet.

He's actually one of the best-looking character models in the game. The back piece tattoo, the big "SEARCH AND DESTROY" sunburst thing, looks fucking great. I wish they had a model of him from that view they could have put on the OPM cover...

In an amusing aside for followers of his stuff, his finishing move is called the "2.13.61"
