Jerichos story starts with a comment Vince made to Kofi on a plane ride about maybe someday him [Kofi] getting over. Kofi took offense to it and looked angry, so Jericho caught up with him later and told him to challenge Vince to a fight. Jericho says he knew Vince wasnt joking, so Kofi went to Vince and asked if he had a problem. Kofi and Vince apparently traded insults and went back and forth until it came to a physical altercation, with Vince even trying to take Kofi down by the legs. The two wrestled until they were pulled apart, and Vince and Kofi ended up laughing off the incident after it was over, and he was actually happy Kofi made a stand and brought the issue to him.

You're right about everything.
Except the part about WWE being willing to take risks even if they weren't hurting financially.
If they were rolling in money they would still not take risks or do anything differently.

WWE as a whole is how EA was during the ending of the ps2/xbox era....not giving a single fuck until they started losing TONS of money and the fanbase was tired of the company.
