Surprising, a belt changed hands on a secondary PPV.

Not actually surprising considering ratings under Jericho have sucked. Yeah, its a dumb move, but Vince has a short fuse.

Dave is champ AGAIN?
i mean REALLY?

What the fuck man......

I just don't see Dave's appeal, at all. Instead of letting Jericho heel it up for a few months, he's relegated to transitional status.

I turned it off last night because the show was boring me to tears, and then you find out fucking DAVE is champ again.... yep, no Raw tonight.

And Dave is just the transition for Cena, who will lose the belt to Orton at Mania. Or for Orton, who will lose the belt to Cena at Mania. Or he may even get a substantial run and drop to Orton at Mania.

It's gonna be some combination of Orton, Cena, and Batista at WM 25 (if it becomes a triple threat heads will roll) so they're just starting the build now.

...and no one wants to see it.

I'm quite glad I didn't watch this pay per view, even though there was a world title change. I'm pretty sure WWE let the title change hands because they think that Austin being the guest refferee will increase the buy-rate considerably and get the fans behind Batista and the product a little.

I suppose it sort of makes sense.

Stuff like this is why I haven't watched WWE in like 5 years :(

Yet ironically, I buy the games!

You can book your own stuff and not have to deal with Cena as your champ for the next 10 years. That alone is reason enough to buy them.

Adam Pearce has been named the new booker for Ring of Honor. The plan is to feature more of a "1970s style" of wrestling.

But weren't ROH doing some of the best shows they've ever done recently?
I don't get why they'd let Gabe go. You know damn well that one of the big 2 is going to bid for him. He's damn smart and writes well.

"70's style of wrestling" = DULL, slow and plodding... no thanks.

It is funny how short ago the draft was.

When the Triple H plague was off of Raw, and there was a bright future for new stars. And somehow we ended up in a position where Orton/Batista/Cena/JBL are the main event players. Half of them can't currently wrestle and the other two are injured.

CM Punk has been knocked down to a tag team feud as they circle in place for Orton to get better. Maybe, they should have held off on his loss for another month or two. The tag champs had a bright future, but very little is done with them. Santino is being overexposed.

Smackdown has become the Triple H show, and if history has shown us anything that usually doesn't end well. Which is surprising seeing how Taker is also on the show, but i guess they haven't butted heads too much just yet.

I don't have a good feeling about ROH's future in general.

I used to be really into their shows, but once the CZW/ROH feud ended and when they put the belt on Morishima, I lost interest and haven't really watched ROH since then.

At last night's Cyber Sunday pay-per-view, Mickie James won the Divas Halloween costume contest after being voted the winner by the fans. James dressed up as Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider video game series. James won the contest last year as well, dressing up as a Native American, so she's won two years in a row. And quite like last year, Mickie James is currently on the back burner in the storylines in favor of other heavily pushed WWE Divas. Since losing the WWE Women's Championship at SummerSlam, which coincided with the return of Candice Michelle, James has done little of note and is frequently left off of Raw. Considering that James' costume wasn't nearly as revealing or sexy as several of the other Divas such as Candice Michelle, Kelly Kelly, Maria, or Michelle McCool, and that she's won it two years in a row, this should be a good indication that James is the most popular female on the WWE roster. As if that isn't enough, James won despite being the last Diva of sixteen Divas to display her costume, and she only had approximately 30 minutes to sway viewers as the Undertaker vs. Big Show match was sandwiched in between the two segments. Some of the other Divas such as Candice Michelle and Michelle McCool were shown early during the broadcast and had a huge head start on her as a result. Despite their huge head start - and huge pushes on television - they still could not defeat the often-left-off-of-Raw Mickie James.

i thought maria would win...

Oh hey, I forgot about Raw for the 3rd week in a row. That usually means I'm starting to not give a fuck about wrestling for a few years.

Someone PM me when they actually shake things up in a major, permanent way please.

Holy shit. :lol

Charlie Haas is wasted on this show, last time I watched this a few years ago he and Shelton Benjamin were actually competent wrestlers. Doesn't look like he's got much chance of proving himself these days.

He's been putting crowds to sleep since his debut in ECW.
Stare at him with indifference and yawns.
HE is........... Mike Knox.

Yeah... you know.. Mike Knox.... yeah....that guy.

Yeah, we don't know why they're trying to push his lame ass either.

Hehe. I thought that at first but as of late Knox has been bringing it to the ring. He has improved now.

Bourne is such a dork, they should seriously get him a valet/manager and or a mask
If only the wwe would give this 20-25 mins
They had to do that for him in ROH, his lack of promo ability is pretty obvious. He needs some sort of mouthpiece or arm candy.

you know, it's a damn shame Rey's a shadow of his former self......
