I know I'm asking the impossible but I figured I'd throw it out there.



Just got a new Acer laptop and I don't want to install all the bloat OEM software. I just want a clean installation of XP. Is there any alternative to using the "restore" discs.

you could prolly buy an oem version online with a cheap ethernet cable or something

If you are in school, you could get one for 5-10 dollars at the bookstore
