Well, I finally beat the normal campaign--slower than some around here, but I got it done (with an A-rank).

My, that last mission blew chunks--not because it was hard (it wasn't, compared to missions 25 and 27) but because I couldn't control the top screen. But other than that 23-28 were some of the best levels in any of the AW games--I was so happy when I 300-point S-ranked Ring of Fire.

Of course, the nice thing about beating NC is that you get access to the other, say, 50% of the game. Time to play through maps and unlock things. I may as well glue the AWDS card into the DS's slot--there's an easy 100 hours' worth of game here.

I just got it. Beat first mission and did a couple of the Action rounds. It doesn't seem like the kind of game I will ever play again.

The Combat section holds no interest for me (which means I'll never get 300 medals, but oh well).

Do you know what some of the medal requirements are? Some of them are insane. The odds are you'd have never gotten all 300 anyway

I'm at 72 hours and I just tried Money Survival for the first time. Haven't tried the other survivals nor combat yet. Oh, I've only done the first three war rooms maps. So it's looking like an easy few hundred hours of gameplay definitely.
