Clerks was inspired by his experiences in his 20s. Clerks II comes from what's happened to him in his 30s.

Except in his thirties he's become a very rich and successful filmmaker while his characters are still stuck in dead-end jobs.

This smells like a cash run to me. It was done on the cheap (less than $5 million budget) so that it would be guaranteed to turn a profit.

Totally. He's the main reason I watch Smith movies. Some may say thats a bit low brow, but I couldn't care less. He's an awesome character.

I saw this trailer before Scary Movie 4... and my friend and I were the only two laughing in the theatre when that part came up. Felt kinda akward, but I didn't care.

I agree wholeheartedly. After about 2 hrs, I'm FINALLY done reading all 9 parts, and can seriously say this is some of the most powerful stuff I've ever fucking read.

well, up till Dogma

are pretty kick - ass and all, but you should consider more literary works... and not Daredevil or J&SB comics. That shit is weaksauce.
