The bricking is a myth. It'll only brick if you turn it off while you are downloading the update.

Still doesn't explain why Nintendo makes you download a massive update at launch. Pathetic.

Ya I know that could happen to any firmware on any system, but 5GB just increases the possibility.

I incorrectly thought BCV helped FBs with where to go as well. There is no evidence for that.

A lot of my opponents ask why I have had so much success with setting the edge, and I really think this is the reason. What I've seen happen is if I run a big wing set and call a power/toss/counter, the TEs often curl up and seal the edge and the two pulling guards try to pick up the safeties.

Or even out of the I-Form, the FB will come up around the corner and hit the next guy over that doesn't get picked up by the TE

I stopped upgrading RBK for my TEs and FB because I just need them to get in the way of the defenders. What I started doing more of was boosting AWR and IBL. I feel like guys are straight away nailing every single block the way I want them to. I need to test more to determine if pathfinding. I feel as if with my best Gs pulling and two oncoming defenders split left and right, they run where I run.

I don't pull my linemen as much as you do, or others, I rely on the zone game, but my experience with RBK is that the higher it is the longer they tend to hold their blocks, so it's basically a counter to BSH.

Agree with you about AWR. I made sure to boost RBK, resigned my linemen and then went apeshit with their AWR so I wouldn't raise their rating too much before they resigned. IBL can get you those cut blocks. Noticed the difference between my two TEs, similar AWR but one has IBL higher than the other and the dude loves to cut guys in the zone game, really traps the backers inside.

That TE you suggested has pretty good starting RBK, but his AWR is so low that he's a dice roll in the run game. At times he just runs around like a chicken with his head cut off, no idea who to pick up, but when he pickups his man he gives me time.

I have a 71 rated Center...however he is 86 pass block, 87 run block, and 82 impact block.

His awareness is only 64 though. Should he be starting for me?

I don't think it matters so much for Centers. Not too many plays pull the C. I definitely agree its huge for Gs, FBs, and TEs. I miss having Polite in my run game.

yeah those posts must explain awareness well....its the only reason richie incognito has decent run blocking but never picks up the right fucking guy

Based Target came through for me. Went to Best Buy a little after 10am this morning, they were sold out of deluxes and had a couple basic models left. Headed to Target about 10:30 and they actually kept my pre order on hold. In and out in 10 minutes. They were also sold out of both models by the time I rolled into the store.

Nintendo wins, Livewire should be happy.

GG Rinse. Outside of a couple big runs from Thunder ( Turner ) and Lighting ( Cooper ) i didn't have much going. I made a couple bad throws but settled in.

Whitmore didn't run loose as i expected which allowed me to dial up blitzes.
