SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW:

Draft: 5:30 pst

FREE AGENCY RE-OPENS: 10 minutes after the last draft pick is made

ADVANCE TO REGULAR SEASON: Monday @ 7 pm pst (OR WHEN EVERYONE HAS CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE CUT THEIR ROSTER DOWN TO 53. I WILL BE SIMMING PRE-SEASON)

I think we should all try to stick around to make cuts, and...how many of us are actually going over 53? It seems like a bunch of us were squeezed by the cap anyways, or have to sign more to get to 53

Lol, so Mr. "Speed isn't everything" is all about drafting speed. There are plenty of speedy WRs in this draft. I can grab another one if I want. Oh wait, I already have one with Hester.

Anyone know if the game blocks you from making trades if one of the teams is currently under the 40 man minimum?

Having issues completing a trade. From a cap perspective, its fine.

Where did I say anything about speed? You need more than just WRs and you already have a good one.

Naw. FMT tried telling me the same thing. I scouted every single WR in this draft. There are a lot of good ones, and some will still be there in the second round if I feel like going that route. But I wanted someone I didn't have to develop, because even the best ones have some traits that need to be boosted.

I stat tracked him against the draft, and also who he would be replacing in my starting lineup.

It would be one thing if I was drafting for the future. I made a decision based upon the fact I think we go two more seasons at best.

That's what you think, except every good WR was gone by the first in the last draft

If you don't want Marshall anymore I'll take him back

I hope so. I don't need anymore WRs, and if people take them I'll just get a different position. My draft is is wide open.

I never tanked. I tried to stat pad while attempting to win games.

I would have kept my pick but none of the TEs in this draft excite me.

Last time I checked, I still have the second round and beyond. If people drafting players is as bad as you say, then I should have plenty of options the whole time.

Finished up Far Cry 3. The character are crappy but in the second half of the game they kind of fade and the story itself isn't too terrible. You have to fill a lot of it in yourself via inference so it's probably beyond the capabilities of a few of you (and certainly why the Giant Bomb guys hated the ending) but it's not awful.

I think it gets bumped up to the third best game of the year.

The wingsuit carried that last part of the game for me. I just started gliding everywhere.

I pretty much just ran through the story missions to finish that up. I'm looking forward to jumping back in every once in a while to play in the awesome world. Definitely a worthy successor to FC2.

Also, I should qualify the above statement. I was trying to unleash the dragon for easy scores way too often. I figured out what works and what doesn't.
