Official Madden 13 Xbox 360 Online Franchise Thread:Stat padding? Never heard of him.

Drizzler I'll be around when it advances, but I want to get my practice in first cause if I lose I won't be in the mood to do that. So what if we set for 10 CT? (assuming it gets done well before)

If I'm available when it advance lets just do the practice together and then play.

I've always just read it as DMC zaf.

IIRC, he can correct me if I am wrong but I believe the "czaf" portion was random letters typed after the initials DM. DM stands (or stood) for "Da Mario". I forget where he explained it but I'm almost certain that's it.

lol

There is no real way to pronounce it. It was screen name my mom made up when we got AOL in 1995 and I stuck with it. You can just say "D M" I guess lol.

Well that's a random name.

My name is actually: Mc (for mcdonalds) N (for Nitrogen) ei (because they're my favorite vowels) - 1 (because one is the loneliest number) - Y (for why? because its the best interrogative phrase)

Wow, DM stands for "Da Mean" not "Da Mario".

It's tough to say. I had a weird game against Bluemax where I had only 5 offensive plays in the first half. Roddy did grab one TD for me and might have had a second at the end of the half if I didn't horrifically under throw the ball by about 10 yards. He had the CB beat. My worst throw ever, it truly was pathetic. I don't know if it was the lag or HFA striking against me but I didn't even try a deep pass the rest of the game after that. Of course it might be a timing issue I need to lock down. No pre season means I didn't have the opportunity to test out timing with him.

I love his route running. Seems like if he has the CB beat it is over. I can get the ball to him before the CB can recover and catch up. Still in the experimental stage though in seeing what works best with him. I also have a brand new TE I'm trying to work into the offense so it has been a balancing act to see what works with both of these guys.

Not sure about his contract. I usually don't have the ability to resign guys until a couple weeks into the season.

Really? Almost all my guys were available to resign and I did easily.

I never check the resign players tab. Maybe I should. I just wait for the weekly prompt telling me who I have the ability to resign.

Did this pop up on the main area of things to do for the week? Or did you have to go somewhere else to find it?

For me I've only seen them pop up randomly during the season in different weeks.

In the "strategy" section there is a button that reads "team salaries". You can negotiate with guys there.

I've already resigned DeAngelo Hall and Ryan Kerrigan

I haven't beaten you yet this year.

You haven't but it's been a couple of lucky breaks for me.

I can't remember season 1 but game 1 of last season you were beating me all game and it took a long drive at the end of the game and a 2 point conversion in which I cheesed you for me to win 22-21. I knew I could not win in OT.

Game 2 was you completely shutting me down offensively to the point where I literally sat there mid game asking myself just wtf I could do to get my offense going again. It wasn't that I threw picks or anything against you, I couldn't move the ball. It came down to OT and a James Laurinaitis interception to set me up into FG range. I was under more pressure in that game than I have been all of Madden 13, and I got sacked 7 times in game two against AT to determine the Giants player.

You now have Timm with a full year of development, Gary Hagan as another dangerous weapon, and your OL AND secondary are better with the rookies you brought in. I literally just added a linebacker (my safety is a bust, I can tell already, thanks a lot Q).

To everyone else, it's not eeyoring. He knows how stupid close those games have been. Bluemax is a unique opponent in that he will learn and adapt against me and show me something different every game. When we get to play our game tonight or tomorrow, it will be a high level chess match all the way through.
