Halo obviously doesn't have the best story, but it's not even about that. For games I'm looking forward to I prefer not to just read every detail about the game, watch videos etc. Naturally story falls into that.

Mock draft today since the real draft is gonna be Saturday after all. Was thinking today at 3 pacific.

This is not our draft, so don't go in thinking you can scout. We are just gonna be testing the system and looking to see how things work with real peoples so we don't get too many surprises during the real draft. I'd like to do some trades during it to see how those work too. I'll post all the info afterward. Anyone is welcome to join even if you're not participating in the testing.

Oh, and real draft chat on Saturday is a go. Just like every year. Post your screen name if you want in or send me (or anyone in the chat) a message that day and we'll send an invite. Chat will start 30 minutes before the draft.

I assume FMT will make a decision tomorrow. He could use someone draft for him as a proxy. Idk how it works when we won't move the draft for one or two because of family/work but for one guy who has no power.

We shall see.

The guy with no power has literally no control over that situation. I sympathize with those who had prior plans but its not the same as having no power

The only pics I took were of all the hot chicks who wanted to hang all over my friend and his Captain America costume.

Also, its kind of a mad house at this thing, so unless someone stops to take a picture with you its really hard to get a good picture of them.

I'm not saying it isn't a shitty situation as my family is going through it first hand. It stills comes down to one maybe two guys missing due to Sandy vs the 5-8 that will due to other issues.

Yeah a guy from LA Times took my friends picture and I saw a couple of TV crews. This is the second time I've gone, its pretty crazy. I wish it was easier to get a drink during the whole thing.

I went to Galcos in LA (Big store with a shitload of sodas from around the country) and a TV crew was there and interviewed me. Of course, my boss saw it on TV that very weekend.

I'm still on a 42" Plasma. Feels small, man. I think I'm going to get a bigger TV and move this one into another room.
