I doubt i will win the Super Bowl, but for what it is worth I do not plan on choosing the Giants again, even though they rule the school.

You'll have to rely on the game for that. Good thing your pick won't be for a while, because some people will want playoff teams and therefore have to wait to see if they're eliminated.

edit: Ok, so if Striker wants his Giants, he could go ahead and pick them. Thanks.

Oh I think you're a huge fucking cheesehead, but I de-cheesed you and J-Walk. No way Simeon Rice gets almost 30 sacks in 10 games and Javon Walker becomes unassignable to spot coverage without complete and utter bullshit.

You're lucky Jube lost out, I would've been your first and last playoff game, now you'll just beat Ramirez again!

Dudes talked about formations where Jwalk was lined up and you couldn't assign a double to him when playing you. Dunno how it's done, but it's magical. I didn't double Javon in our first and only meeting!

That kid Johnson has filled in well. He was a nut case at Penn State, so everyone was afraid to draft/sign him. Polian & Co. unearthed a very good player.

what are you guys talking about? I just have realistic aspirations. DM has always owned me for years in Madden, Shawn has beaten me 2 of 3 times we have played, and I've beaten Bob exactly once in league play and that was this year. Why do you guys think that, in baseball for example, they always bring up stats like A-Rod is 4/10 this year against Johan Santana or crap like that.

I'm jumping on the Giant bandwagon. Wellie's on a hot streak. He has a tough Defense, good running game, both of which are keys to winning.

Uh, my first two seasons in our leagues I was 4-12 and 7-9. I'm no FMT or DM.

I handed Wellie his ass in his first online madden game ever and look how far he has come. :(

It was ok since he couldn't beat me during regular season play, but that curse has been broken. I am but half a man. :'(

It looks like almost all of the vets are coming back for season 11, so I guess I need to start practicing with teams like the Jets and Dolphins. :(

So since the Pats got eliminated, I assume we could potentially start this thing that is if livewire wants the pats. After him is truelize.

I may not have finalized the draft order yet (FMT won't return my calls!) But I do know the first 4 people

1. Livewire-
2. Truelize - (I know who he wants but I won't say it until Livewire picks)
3. Striker -
4. Fifty -


Once Livewire confirms his pick, Striker should be on deck.

Shouldn't AZ Greg go third and then striker? Or is he not coming back for the 2nd season?

I IMed Az Greg a while back and told him to post in the thread and he didn't respond..plus he hasn't played a game in ages. People filled in for him in the league. Even if he does somehow return, I don't think he should pick above anyone on this short list, and early in the year he said that if he did return he'd just want the Packers again.
