Meh. I'm fucking sick of the Broncos in Madden. This is 3 straight seasons of the same shit every time I play them. How is Jay Cutler so damned amazing at rollouts? It doesn't matter who is controlling the Broncos, Konex, Ando, you, my mom, you all seem to have the same play style and the same magic touch at running the bootleg and not getting sacked, then finding one of your god forsaken receivers open somewhere 20 yards down the field.

Sigh.

That being said I played like ass on offense. 2 months off + cold hands == meh.

Lol..I lost the chance to win that game by 1/4 of a yard on an onside kick. I swear to god, my guy recovered the ball exactly 9 and 3/4 yards downfield of where I kicked it from.......fuck

Come on, that's not fair and it's not true. I had not played in over a month, either, and you lost because you couldn't get anything going in the passing game. You got shut out, and you're complaining about my offense? Here are the facts:

- Denver has a large number of designed PA rollout passing plays in its default playbook, so I'm going to use them occasionally. Also, I've played plenty of players who completely shut down the PA (Ando, Wellie, etc.).

- Well over half of my completions were on straight up passing plays, including all of my completions to Walker and Henry

- When Walker is covered one-on-one by a mediocre defensive back, he should win the battle, and that is what he did on the two long passes he caught. The other two were simple crossing routes.

- I don't recall EVER hitting a receiver "20 yards down the field" on the PA plays. All of those completions were to my TE or FB running short drag routes or something similar.

I played a damn good game against you and you can't manage to give me any credit at all? That's bullshit, man.

What a way to end my experience with Madden 08. DM crushed me 28-0. I couldn't get anything going on offense and I made some really bad coverage mistakes on D. GG DM, you deserved the W.

Harrington's noodle arm didnt help. You would have a WR open deep and Harrington would underthrow the hell out of him and it turns into a jump ball scenario with 1 WR vs my defense.

GG Rors. Ted Ginn was huge in that game for me....he was really the main reason I won...him and a few turnovers. I assume we're not entering stats on leaguedaddy for this thing (their site appears to be down right now anyway)!!

No stats. And while 1 of my players had more yards than your entire team on offense, Ginn was the difference. I couldn't double even double him and he made a few impact plays on 3rd down. Plus, whoever was returning punts for you (was it ginn or booker?)...I couldn't even get the punt or kickoffs to full bar T_T

Yeah, I had Ginn returning punts. I knew something was off with your kicks because all but one of your kickoffs were returnable....and I know Janickowski (sp?) can kick it out the back of the end zone.

The score was 22-10, but I'm hoping the 75 on the bracket will intimidate Matt!!

Yeah, couldn't fill it up...so used to the ps2 version. Normally, I kick them all through the uprights and feel kinda guilty about having a big boot kicker. :lol

BTW, PS3 Madden leagues are looking more and more realistic after news today the government is giving everyone a handout of at least $600 dollars sometime in June!
No excuses now gentlemen...PS3 future confirmed!
