Red Sox being mystified by KENNY ROGERS? wtf. Just get one of the cameramen to distract him.

Garland's ERA is quite the opposite of last year. CALLED IT.

Kenny Rogers has an ERA of over 9 against us in the last few years, and yet here we are, getting dominated. This umpire has had a huge strikezone that Rogers has taken advantage of with his curve.

I hate Kenny Rogers. I don't want to lose to this asshole.

Comerica Park sucks.

Oh Jesus Christ.

Scott Erikson, of "I pitched when you weren't born" fame, is in to protect a lead.

Oh look. He gave up two hits and hit a batter! Oh Joe, you are so wise.

HERE COMES FARNSWORTH LMAO

The bigot, Todd Jones is on. Oh, how I hope we pound him.

If we lose to the combined asshole powers of the Roaster and Todd Jones I just may kill myself.

Edit: Spoony bard this.

Jays win!

Well, we're about to.

After sweating out a close one all game......we've scored NINE runs so far in the 9th inning! :lol :lol :lol

That was crazy, I went out when it was 4 - 3 Jays and I come back like 10 mintues later and its like 13 - 3 and I am like OMGWTF. The Devil Rays bullpen sucks ass.

That guy Walker in the Devil Rays bullpen is the worst pitcher in the universe.

Well, Danny Graves.

Todd Jones has an ERA between 5 and 6 and is still a closer. He's gotta be up there.

Meanwhile, this Cubs/Cards game is awesome. Bottom of the 12th.

The rook Matt Kemp with the pinch hit Homerun to tie the game. Holy crap NOOOOOMAH is super clutch!

WOOOOOOOOOOO! Joel Guzman with the single for another run, Damn rookies just keep helping us out.

Todd Walker didn't even pitch that game. He's far from even the worst pitcher.....on that team. Take one of the Chads (Orvella or Harville) for example, they stink more than Walker.

14th inning in St. Louis. This game is never going to end.

No one is left in the Cards bullpen

*boots up MLB.tv*

I wanted to go to sleep, you bastard.

I'm sure that since Dusty Baker made the SP throw 500 pitches the cubs bullpen is still stocked fresh?

Not quite, Glendon Rusch(who is slated to start tomorrow) is now in the Cubs bullpen.

But, the Cubs just scored. But Dempster is going to pitch the bottom of the 14th, and it's the Cubs, so who knows.

Hitting Gary Bennett over Marquis was a retarded move. Great shitty managing, Tony.

Cubs win in extras, White Sox lose like bums:

Words cannot describe my hate for both Baez and Little right now. Why the **** did Little leave Baez in after he had loaded the bases with no outs. How can he leave him in to load them again after he just gives up a single. I cant believe Baez is now officially worse than Hamusack, atleast Hamusack only gives up 1-2 runs per inning before getting out of his jams.

=\

I missed tonights game :( for a dinner party but glad Gagne came back and the rookies scoring. But shit if Baez loaded the bases and Little did nothing, then that blows chunks. WTF? We had this game if saito would of came in :(

How did Gagne do tonight? Control? 95mph fastball?

Good ****ing lord Denys Baez is horrible! HORRIBLE I SAY!

In Cincinnati we nicknamed him Senior Sweat, due to the fact that he would sweat profusely whenever he took the mound. He is a joke.

Jeter's having a hell of a year. But the biggest improvement is our hitting in the clutch--I think we're at least .300 or above as a team w/ RISP. Complete turnaround from last year's ineptitude.

I don't think Cashman will make a major move until Sheff's injury is sorted out. If surgery is the only viable option, then I think we try to snag someone.

Mo's about "90%" right now. I say give him a rest until we get back home Monday and we really need him.

Andy Philips is hotter than Hell in August. Cano's smacking the ball around. Melky's the man.

I am digging my team right about now.

I'd say we're having a youth movement, but Andy Phillips is like 30. Oh well, Melky for president.

FREE TERRENCE LONG

Aside from the bullpen issues, yeah, this team is surprisingly pretty good. It's just funny that we lost Sheff and Matsui, two guys that have been all-stars, and we're playing better than before.

My ONE complaint is that I guess Joe Torre doesn't even let his guys practice bunts let alone lay them down!

I was banned yesterday for speaking out against the censoring, so I couldnt be on here and bitch about Danys Baez. Wtf dude.. he was unhittable earlier this year (and very good the past few), how's he fallen off so much?!

I think the Matsui loss is no big deal to be honest. Losing Sheff is more of an issue, especially against Boston because they fear him. He's like our David Ortiz to them.

I dunno man, it's like he's just leaving balls hanging, or getting ahead of guys and then just suddenly making a bad pitch for a 0-2 single or double. Maybe it's his pitch selection or his confidence, I dunno. At least Gagne was solid.

Poody: Gagne was pretty good, he was up to 94 I think. It looked like he was overthrowing some pitches, probably because he was hyped up, a few were way out of the zone and he plunked a guy right in the back. His offspeed stuff was wicked as usual (from what I saw, I didn't see the enitre inning.

Matsui is a career .853 OPS player and Melky has about an .800 right now, so it's not a huge dropoff. He's extremely overrated, but he's good in the middle of the lineup. Not many teams have a number 5 hitter that is as good as Matsui with a regular consistency in the rest of the lineup-- the sox had Millar last year, for example.

Sheff is a much bigger hole to fill. SORIANO ANYONE?!?

so how am i supposed to post insane, swear filled posts if they are censoring everything now? anyone have any suggestions?
and i hope last night's game isn't a preview of the rest of our year. why didnt torre leave in villone longer? the guy's having a good year and in comes torre with the quick hook. at least farnsworth "goat fornicator" got the job done and redeemed himself (according to john sterling)

First of all, that is Dennis Reyes you are talking about, and second of all his nickname was Señor Sweat!

I've heard on local radio stations that he has been pouting to Colletti and Little that he doesn't want to be a setup man! What a bastard if it's true, he's had 3 games like last night already. The one in San Fran and the one in San Diego, In both games he loaded the bases without recording an out and wasnt taken out until it was too late.
