that's the difference between teams with confidence and teams without confidence. MSU gets into a close rivalry game like that and they're fuckin' shook.

A good game but State blew it. East Lansing might burn down to the ground tonight, but everyone's been drinking since 6am so everyone's passing out left and right.


My only consolation is that Lloyd Carr is melting away.

oh quit your bitching. i cheer for michigan state AND the lions. whatever your problems as a fan are, i can assure you that mine are worse. :D

I'm commenting on the fact that I genuinely thought Penn State was going to get blown out and they're currently up 17-0. I didn't think they had any sort of chance whatsoever, and here they are with a nice lead in the second quarter.

I am still pissed that I have this on my local station instead of the USC-Arizona State game, it's just that the blowout is going in the direction opposite of what I expected.

Should have respected my bolding of games when I made this thread. I'm in a league of my own when it comes to bolding. :lol
 
Argh! Why did Cory Reamer have to block in the back on that special teams play?! We could be up by another TD.

Great first half of play by Bama. I hope we carry that momentum over to the second half.
 
I was mistaken. I rewound it back and he said "It's roll tide roll baby." When I first heard it, I thought he said the infamous Mike Price line.
 
UNC beat Utah 31-17 :D

After two close losses to start the season (6 pt loss to GT, 9 pt loss to Wisconsin), UNC has scored 31 points back to back, beating NC State 31-24 and just now, Utah 31-17 :)
