Some karma for Doan. Got hit by the puck while sitting on the bench, after taking Ericsson out of the game and possibly for a long time.
 
Man fuck watching this shit on Vs. these wankers clearly have an agenda against the Sabres. Every compliment is backhandedly insulting and only focus on the Canadiens highlights.

Aaaaand it sounds like a missed an incredible game too. I took a nap earlier while studying and ended up waking up at 8p.m. So not only did I miss out on the TV broadcast altogether (being relegated to my room, listening to the game on AM 640), I also missed the first period. The ending sounded heart-stopping, with the waived off goal and the shot by Kovalev at the very end.

I'm eagerly awaiting nhl.com to make that video link available on its scores page.

The Leafs are playing so well recently. So awesome.
 
I was gutted by the Dexter finale, so my heart was in fine shape for that ending. Four straight wins on home ice, teams have been reeled in, onwards and upwards.

I'm working on assessing this first half of the season, I'll have loads more to say in the upcoming days and weeks. Good to see Leafs are setting themselves up for a fine run in the 2nd half. Butter and season the crow, it'll be served up nice and hot for all the Leafs haters.
 
Also, half-way through their December schedule, the Leafs already have the same number of wins this month (6) as they did October and November combined.

Some of the top line guys are going to have to step up and start scoring for this team. Glad to see the lower line guys get the goals tonight, though.
