Aren't any of your local stations broadcasting it?

I know that here in Montreal we'll get most of the pre-season games broadcast.

so yeah

gustavsson passes out on the stationary bike during a VO2 test on the weekend

and just now has just completed successful surgery on his heart - will be ready to go by the weekend (it was to fix a minor issue that was found after he went to hospital after the VO2 test)

i see he's having an excellent training camp so far :lol

Heartproblems and athletes do not mix well. I still remember how fucking terrible it was when Jiri Fischer collapsed on the Red Wings bench.

I wanna see the Ducks at a minimum, but all 3 home games look like they could be good (Van, Ph, Ana).

Nope. We'll be lucky to get one of them televised. I'm guessing the market/audience isn't big enough. One would think that could change with all the popularity they got after last season.

The following Canucks preseason games will be televised:

Thur - Sept 17 @ Anaheim (Sportsnet)
Mon - Sept 21 vs Calgary (Sportsnet)
Wed - Sept 23 vs San Jose (Sportsnet)
Sat - Sept 26 @ Calgary (TSN)

So you might be in luck.

Started off really slow, but picked up fast. Was actually sweating bullets for a bit. Fleury looked a little rusty. Once Sid got his first goal I knew winning was eminently possible.
Place was wicked loud.

THIRD PERIOD EXPLOSION.

Winning in OT was even louder.

Sid was in midseason form.

I had to remind myself twice this was a preseason game.

If this is what we get now, I can't fucking wait until the regular season begins.

October 2nd can't come soon enough (yes I have tickets for it. :D )

Sounds sweet, bro.

The year Sid won the scoring title and Hart trophy, I saw the Pens play a pre-season game against Buffalo and thought it was utterly ridiculous how much quicker and more creative he was than just about anyone else on the ice. I'm hoping this season will be similar to that one for him, and that we win another Cup.

The "surgery" on the heart isn't what people think. A buddy of mine had the exact same procedure done and he's 100% fine now. Gustavsson will be ready to go soon.
