You're not going to win this argument. From his perspective, a list that 'seems' official IS official, despite not coming from Microsoft.

In my book, to be official it needs to be confirmed by MS or the respective publishers. Anything else is speculation and educated guesses.

Perfect Dark Zero
Kameo: Elements of Power
Condemned
Dead or Alive 4
PGR 3

... with NBA 2K6, Gun, Quake 4 and Madden NFL 06 in the week afterwards. Perhaps earlier.
