I would not be surprised if they are #1 for this week on XBLA.Shard said:I wonder if anybody is actually going to buy Centipede and Millipede?
QVT said:I really hope Catan sells well enough to warrant at least 50 more board games on XBLA. I also hope I find lots of new people to play with/against for said games.
Really I'd be happy with all of the top 10 from BGG. I mean really how much can coding this stuff cost.
QVT said:Damn, me gowans and my mate have been playing for 3 and a half hours. the first game was a bit painful but the second and now we're on the third have been just amazing. We've already gotten the hang of it and are now attempting to destroy eachother in glorious battle. :lol

Hitler Stole My Potato said:Just bought Catan and I can already see what people will be bitching about - text size. I'm playing it on a 57" screen and the text still seems too small. I might have to move this over to my projector....
God help SDTV owners. You will cry.
Tailzo said:Is Catan offline multiplayer too? I don't have 2 360's anymore, but I'd like to play it with friends.

But it's probably one of the better, if not the best, classic arcade updates on XBLA imo. I

Same here. The netcode is really dreadful. I managed to join a game after trying for fifteen minutes, but then everytime someone ended their turn it took a minute before the next player could start their turn.Silicon Knight said:Christ, Catan keeps disconnecting on me whenever I try to start an online game. Anyone else with this issue? What can I do to eliminate this problem? Can I erase the game and then download it again or do I have to pay twice then?
Scotch said:It's always the same shit with new Xbox Live developers, how people are praising games using this service poorly is beyond me.
$5 for two classic arcade games that I probably dropped $5 on in one night before, hell yes.Shard said:I wonder if anybody is actually going to buy Centipede and Millipede?

I don't care whether it's Xbox Live's fault or the developer's fault.pr0cs said:fixed.

SHOTEH FOCK OP said:Bummer... I didn't realize Catan would not have a demo. I will probably buy it anyway since the praise is so high.
Scotch said:I don't know about you, but I've been playing online games on the PC for the last decade and have NEVER experienced the amount of issues I've had with Xbox Live in the last few years. Mind you, I also never had to pay a single dime to play online on the PC.
Jesiatha said:It will have a demo. If it isn't showing up right now, it's a Marketplace configuration issue that will probably be resolved in the next few hours.
Hitler Stole My Potato said:Never played the original Jetpac but I thought it was an old Spectrum game, not an arcade game. Guess I need to re-read that history thing in the main menu.
