Or buy a SEGA title.

Does this mean I still have a chance at getting my code? God, I hope so.Shard said:Banjo Kazooie XBLA General Release Delayed, Bonus Cards Troubles

No, and they never will. We may get a sequel though. Personally, I'd rather get a port of Gunbound or Cortex Command but that's a topic for a whole different thread.Sleeker said:Did they ever release any new weapons or maps?

My copy of Sonic the Hedgehog XBLA has turned into a trial version despite me being listed on the leaderboards, having 7/12 achievements for it, etc (so obviously I've purchased it). I have even deleted the game and redownloaded it and it's STILL appearing as a trial. And yes I'm logged into Xbox Live.
Any ideas?

Did you try the marketplace website? It may be accessible from there (I haven't tried it recently though). There was a thread on it but I don't have the link handy.Jonnyram said:Is there any way to redownload some of the timed Lumines stuff?

Synth_floyd said:I have a question about DRM. I have an Xbox 360 but no internet. I want to take my harddrive to my friend's house, connect to the internet (with my HD and his xbox) and download some game updates, demos, videos, etc. When I go back to the Xbox at my place, it won't be connected to the internet. So, will I be able to use the stuff I downloaded on my own Xbox or is it DRMed to the Xbox you download it on (which would be his in this case)? Or is the whole thing moot because you need to be connected to some kind of internet to play/use all the stuff you downloaded?
That would be very cool if they had that feature.McBacon said:Is there anyway to view your XBLA collection as boxarts? If not, thats really dissapointing.

It doesn't really. Just basic city planning like don't put the lumbermill 50 miles from the forest. Still relaxing and fun though. It does the same thing NB always does -- takes a strategy genre and over-simplifies it into something akin to chewing gum. Damn tasty chewing gum.LakeEarth said:What do you guys think of Kingdom of Keflings? It's gotten decent reviews, but the demo didn't seem to involve any thinking at all.
That's a glitch in all the Sega games. I had it for Golden Axe myself. (And Double Dragon, but that's not Sega.)Sean said:My copy of Sonic the Hedgehog XBLA has turned into a trial version despite me being listed on the leaderboards, having 7/12 achievements for it, etc (so obviously I've purchased it). So can someone make a list of upcoming XBLA games? Or point me in the direction of one. I recently topped up my account, and can't think what to buy.

With the PlayStation Network bringing some games down to a lower price point for over the Thanksgiving weekend. Now new Xbox Live Arcade is joining in as well, with 7 classic titles now going up for cheap - this weekend only.
Oddly 3 of the 7 games were originally published by Sierra, which is now owned by Activision Blizzard. This is the first time we've seen them acknowledge anything Sierra has ever done, so tops to them. Should have added Switchball in there for good measure - more people need to play it.
From the list, I highly suggest giving Rez HD and Golf: Tee It Up a go.
Rez HD was 800 Points now 500 Points
Arkadian Warriors was 800 Points now 500 Points
Assault Heroes was 400 Points now 250 Points
Catan was 800 Points now 500 Points
Brain Challenge was 800 now 500 Points
Boogie Bunnies was 800 Points now 500 Points
Golf: Tee It Up! was 800 Points now 500 Points
They did Poker Smash, right? That was one of my favorite XBLA games. I believe one of devs posts here under the tag 'dcard'.Scott said:Personally, I'm most looking forward to Void Star's "Ares Fall," an upcoming lootwhore Action/RPG, which XBLA desperately needs (especially after the disappointing Arkadian Warriors).
Void Star has a development blog up that they're continually updating with brief code segments, screenshot updates, and the occasional vid... Still seems rather early, so I'm not sure when it's going to be out, but it's worth keeping an eye on.
i'm not sure what i did to fix this glitch but i think i unlocked it via the game menu.Sean said:What the....

Wouldn't be surprised if it was just the XBLA game with all the DLC.Keyser Soze said:New Lumines game coming, boxed retail version though?

Gazunta said:Re: Sega game trial / full glitch:
Start the game, select "Unlock full game" and then you'll be presented with the menu where you can buy the full game. Of course, since you HAVE bought the full game, the full game option will have a tick next to it. Select it anyway (you won't be charged again for it) and start the download. Now, when the download finishes, DO NOT select "Play Now". Select Cancel instead. You'll be returned to the main menu which then magically now lets you play the full game.
You have to do this every time you want to play it.
MICROSOFT FIX THIS SHIT ALREADY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

Thanks, but that's the trick for buying Tetris Splash and Spongebob and any other XBLA game that never hit Europe too and that means once your Xbox crashes you can never play it on your main account again. Waste of money considering the fact that my 360 will RRoD sooner or later.Brakara said:If you really want to buy it, there is a way (as explained by Rlan here):

You're completely correct, but I don't like paying for something that I know I'll lose eventually...Brakara said:I could understand that line of thought if it had achievements and/or online multiplayer, but why do you have to play this game on your main account?
Most awesome tip even if I'm not going to use! Very appreciated and saved in my memory bank of tricks.CHR_AeON said:You actually can play them on any 360 and with your main account - you just need 2 pads. Log into xbox live with pad 2 and choose the account you bought the game with (your fake acc.). After that, login with pad 1 as usual (with your main acc.). The game will show up as full version, even if the 360 is not the one you originally bought the game on.
It's worth it if people are still playing online (something I can't answer). Excellent game.Jirotrom said:im wordering if this game is worth it, can you play local multi?
