Lumines appeared on PartnerNet (1200), along with a downloadable contents package (600). Maybe this is indication it's coming next week...

I really don't know. I downloaded it but it didn't seem to add/change anything... maybe it was an empty test package. In the description it says that it adds more challenges and 20 interfaces (?)nubbe said:Whats the 600p package? Multiplayer?

I'd hit it. The Live multiplayer alone makes the package worth it.mattiewheels said:i'm heavily debating spending 10 bucks on doom, a game i have a superior, 3d mouselook controlled version of on my pc. steer me in the right direction, gaf!
I found this morning that tehy publishe UMK3, too. So, now we don't know which of the two will arrive next week.BenjaminBirdie said:Oh, also, is it the only unreleased Arcade game on there?
It would be very interesting/useful, but I don't think MS would be happy about it... you know, it's all NDA material.(Should I start a PartnerNet Watch thread? I'm always curious what's on there...)
It's been up for like forever... but it isn't playable at all, It locks at startup. I don't know why have they put it up.ChrisAllenFiz said:Isn`t novadrome already up on parternet from a while ago? Maybe that will be next week.

They had playable (as far as unreleased games go):
Lumines Live
Contra
UMK3
Small Arms
Heavy Weapon
Some crappy game whose name escapes me (Its like twisted metal but youre on hoverboards. I think it was cel-shaded)
Robotblitz (PC)
Assault Heroes
Maybe more, but those are the ones I checked out
All seemed pretty cool except for the hoverboard game, which me and my friend did not enjoy at all.

There's tons of videos on YouTube, if you search for Digital Life.

Mutant Storm Empire
Assault Heroes
Heavy Weapon
RoboBlitz
Street Trace (umm...)
I wish the PomPom website was a little more active - Mutant Storm Empire looks smoking, and I need more screens, info, etc.

that just sealed it as a must-buy for me.

Nice stuff! Assault Heroes peaks my interest the most I think.
Angelus said:Now why can't EA get involved here? How hard would it be for them to port Road Rash and build net play in to it? 16 player races and elimination tournaments would be awesome.
I guess there must be a big demand for selling cheats online instead:/

And as a fan of Mutant Storm, Empire makes me wet.
I got to play this a while ago when they first revealed it. Aside from being far too easy, it was pretty fun. I'm hoping that they really ramp it up.
