BenjaminBirdie said:Spot on. I was at the meeting. The guy was looking at two print outs laid out on the table. "Net Enabled Road Rash" was on one and "Sell Tiger Woods Cheats" was on the other. I totally sat there like "Come on, man, PICK BOTH PICK BOTH. You know you can." The dude just points to the Tiger Woods one and is like "That one." and the guy next to him SETS FIRE to the Road Rash sheet.
Swear to God.

Sega's Hot Rod while you're at it. And if the old home computer stuff can be done, Supercars 2 would be just sweet.
Jonnyram said:So, Lumines Live! is officially coming out tomorrow.
Japan's Xbox Live blog says so.
BUT!
It says it's coming out in Europe and the US, but content for Japan's gamers is still being worked out... WTF!? Guess I'll be grabbing this with my UK account. In the meantime, a big иди на хуй to whoever is making these retarded decisions.

Or maybe they just figured out that like all other Q games, it's not going to sell in Japan at all, so why release it! :lol
Don't. So when it happens, you're suprised and happy. Its so much better than expecting it and getting disappointed.SHOTEH FOCK OP said:So Lumines Live is confirmed for Wed? I almost don't believe it.
LakeEarth said:Its gonna be the second 1200 point game available, only this time there will be another chunk of the game to pay for right away. Not sure how much that'll be. It sucks and it'll definetly be a hard decision to get it. I don't want to start seeing more and more 1200 point games.
The general rule is 400 points is $5. It varies depending on how you buy your points, taxes, etc. So 1200 points is $15 before whatever add-ons they're gonna put in.Captain N said:how much is it for each set of points?
is it like 6.25 for 500?
12 something for 1000
and 25 for 2000?
This reminds me. I'd give my left testicle for Sega to put their awesome arcade racers on XBLA. Daytona USA 1 and 2, Sega Super GT, Virtua Racing... I'd die a happy man, especially if those games have Live multiplayer.Angelus said:How much is Lumines gonna cost us? No more than 5-10 bucks I hope.
Btw-Sega need to bring this game to Live and fast...

That would be great if Sega can get the licensing issues for the cars sorted out. They already have the Ferrari license, and I'm assuming they can get the licenses for the McLaren F1 and Dodge Viper without a problem, but the Porsche 911 might be a problem...Ned Flanders said:Ah...Super GT...

I do plan on writing a large letter to Sega, mainly explaining why Virtua Fighter 5 should be on the X360 (since it's the only PS3 game I'm mildly interested in), but I'm also thinking about listing some great games that should be on XBLA. I mean, if the X360 can't get VF5, I'll be happy with one of the older games in the series, or maybe some Fighting Vipers love...Angelus said:Hey I'd have the knife ready for you to contribute that left nut for these games.:lol
But yeah I can only imagine their games showing up on XBox Live....someday.
Sega Touring car,Manx TT,Indy 500,Super Hang On,Harley Davidson............
I think I better stop before I get all emotional here.:/ These games better show up on Live eventually.

Schafer said:Wasn't Lumines like $50 on the PSP? So 1200 points + 600 for an addon pack seems a decent deal.
Thanks for the encouragement. They always reply to my letters, so that should be encouraging. I'll probably ask for some suggestions on what to put into it, but that's for another thread, and I don't have that ability yet.Angelus said:Sounds cool,I just hope they listen to you. I would do the same but I have a feeling that theyre too caught up in marketing Sonic nowdays to listen to a group of fans set them in the right direction.
**** just release a few racing anthologies over Live and see how they sell over Live.
Actually, it was $40 on the PSP.Schafer said:Wasn't Lumines like $50 on the PSP? So 1200 points + 600 for an addon pack seems a decent deal.

From what I hear, EA's exclusivity deal with NASCAR expires next year, and I'm confident that NASCAR won't renew their exclusivity deal with EA, considering the turds EA released with the license.Fatghost said:Sega needs to bring Daytona USA to XBLA.
They can't do it because of the NASCAR license that EA owns.
So I suggest they rename it Sega Classic Racing or something, and get that shit on XBLA right now!
GDJustin said:I'll buy it if you all buy it.
Pier pressure ftw.
See I think Lumines Live could be worth the money, but I also don't want to encourage other companies charging 1200 points for games.GDJustin said:I'm on the fence regarding Lumines Live. On the one hand... I want it. On the other hand, I'll have to buy more points to get it. And I was trying to put off doing so for a little longer![]()
