Well if Che says MGS4 to 360 then I gotta put some faith in it, and that was the only reason I was going to plomp down for a PS3.

Friend of mine said he'd cry bitter tears of salt if it did get ported, but after this "Crapcom" multi port debacle and Konami's half-assedness in the past 12 months I can see it coming.

I imagine it'd be too hard to get it down for a simultaneous release on 360 and PS3, but at this point there is no reason not to release a 360 version of MGS4.

Sony better pay all the money they can to secure MGS and Final Fantasy. That's their only hope really. They also better have some awesome Gran Turismo shots or something to counteract this, and not their usual lame PR spin, "Uh uhhh welll uh PS3 doesn't have the userbase yet to support multiplatform games, so this is good for the business!"

What's interesting is how this is going to the 360, but Dead Rising and Lost Planet are staying exclusive. This shows Capcom's interest in where the 360 is headed. Didn't Sega just do the same thing not too long ago?

If Microsoft buys Take Two and secures GTA as an exclusive, then they wouldn't even have to lower the price to shoot Sony dead in the water.
