With the PS3 being the console for casual action gamers: GoW3 and HS.

Sigma is just a over glorified port though. and in the long run for potential system sales DMC4 will sell more 360s then ps3s for sure with the price of systems.

In all honesty DMC4 was on my list of PS3 games I wanted...but thats ok because the ICO team is Sony first party and so is the God of War team. I'll buy a ps3 just for those 2 franchises, when the price drops.

I've always felt that most of Sony's first party games (GT notwithstanding) existed to fill out the lineup. The GTAs, Metal Gear Solids, Devil May Cries, Maddens brought them in, but it was the Ratchets, Jaks, Gods of War, Icos that kept them. Now of course some of those games have become huge blockbusters unto themselves, but are they enough exclusive content on their own? I guess we'll see.

I don't think it's FUD. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is the same thing as the REMake the GCN received. It's great for people who haven't played the original game, and a wonderful item for hardcore fans. But in the end, you're still playing the same game.

360 badly needs a game like Devil May Cry 4.

Sony is in a pretty shitty position now. Them losing exclusives left and right is no surprise, the price tag is far too high and the console market simply can't sustain those prices. Sony needs a $100 price cut, yesterday.

A parallel to the N64 is VERY accurate. Both chose media that increased the price far too much, in the N64's case it was the cart prices, and in PS3's, the price of the machine itself.
