Man, I put enough time into D2 to get a fully stocked account, lv 85+ of every class but Nec/Paladin (2 Druids), several Stormshields, full Tal Rasha, M'avina's True Sight, Eaglehorn, 1.08 Atma's, countless Raven Spirals ... if I hadn't quit cold turkey I would have probably died from starvation after clicking away my last bits of strength on a Pindle run.

Stop while you can. I think this is the only game I could honestly say I was clinically addicted to.

Oh no, Diablo II. Everytime a classic is mentioned, the nostalgia gets me to reinstall it, only to be uninstalled later. I popped that sucker in not too long ago and was shocked by the cheating. I guess I'm just old fashioned.

Ya fate demo is available, in fact its the full game, just 20 bucks for the unlock code

Plenty of dungeons and loot tho. You can even retire your character at some point. Its pretty neat.

heh, I just started a new character last week to pass the time until I got the cable hooked up in the new apartment. got to the middle of Act III in three days and then got sucked right back into FFXI when I got my internet back.

I missed out on Diablo and Diablo II the first time. Going back to play them wasn't a good experience for me. I think I am spoiled by better/newer games. Heck, I think I like BGA better than either of the Diablo games.
