It is my 4th Xbox (got 2 series s an and now 2 series x), question is should I even open it or try to make money on it on eBay? Saying that when Nintendo has a console on the market that has sold like 140M and when PS5 is like a year (at most) from surpassing Xbox 360, PS3 and PSP's lifetime sales is brave.

Unfortunately it is limited to one purchase per customer. I have got standard - launch day Xbox series x with 1 tb expansion card, bought 2 Xbox series s over the years for my godkids/holiday homes.

I have already got gaming PC with 3090 (waiting for 5090 to upgrade the whole setup), steam deck(need to sell it) and Rog ally x, don’t need ps5 (last one I had was ps4pro, ps5 is just missing games that I like)

If you already have a 3090pc... then you certainly need ps5 way more than xbox series x.... on ps5 you will at least play ton of ps4 and ps5 exclusives even if some are only timed.

Scalping is disgusting behavior, robbing off another potential Xbox consumer, especially during the holidays, and quite possibly young teenagers/children who could not afford money to spend on games or hardware like we do and parents who wanted to buy this as a gift, saving up money after all the bills they run in on, every month, for some disposable income to make their kids happy.

All for a few bucks more you could make on ebay, 10 years later? How desperate are you?

No he doesn't, he said there's nothing he wants to play on ps5.
With an xsx and pc you can get things like play anywhere or just simple cross progression or continuity with your achievements and friendslists etc.
And if a game has issues on one platform, you can just continue on the other platform, or maybe you don't want to deal with the kernel anti cheat shit on pc with some games, so you choose the console version instead.
There's many valid reasons for him to choose xb/pc and you don't get to decide for anyone else they aren't valid, just because the value isn't there for you personally.
