It's topping charts in Europe - it's got to be doing better than expected.

Is it though? Bayonetta charted in the top 10 in America when it released, and both versions charted for 3 weeks straight in the UK back in 2010. It's doing much worse than the original and apparently that didn't do well enough to be considered a success with over 1 million shipped.

Seems like you guys are assuming the 666k and 1.8 million set in stone.

It can be 1.83m and rounded to 1.8m.
640k for Xbone give you a 1.5x ratio too.

You can have anything from 134k to 200k sold in 7 weeks.

No it didn't. In fact it barely made the top 20 and that was when we had individual games by platform. 360 version was 17, PS3 out of top 20.

Bayo 1 in four weeks sold about what Hyrule Warriors did in 1 week in the US. Bayo 2 probably won't even do half as much.
