Why are strippers at the U.N. bad when they're great at strip clubs???
Do we know how many percentage Pokemon declined for the UK market?

Anything between 50 and 75%. No way to tell anything more precise than this.

Thanks Raist! Sucks that there is no update apart from what you mentioned :(

Nice smash only dropping one place, fighting against the Ps4 overlord isn't easy

And Tomadachi is probably one of the biggest surprises this year

Crazy good deals for the X1 though. A few weeks ago Saturn had an offer if you buy a XB1 (any bundle in their online shop) they gift you a tablet for free. Looks like demand just isn't there.

the only way they would sell more Xbones, is with Bundling them with a gaming PC.

Certainly not and a much higher sku on PS4 than the standard. I suppose you could say PS4 owners are more desperate for more racing games but it's still usually high and people certainly aren't buying Forza anymore in good numbers.

Ppl already bought Forza 5 and FH on Xbox. No way they going to buy lesser racing quality games on Xbox in numbers.

France, first week: (without digital/bundles)

Far Cry 4: ~118,000
GTA V PS4/XBO: ~150,000
Dragon Age Inquisition: ~27,000
The Crew: ~37,000

What the hell is going on with DA:I? It's tumbling down all European charts, it missed the November NPD's entirely, and now The Crew outsold it in France?

Could be a number of things.

It was lost in the release scrum and will find its market after the new year when it hits £25.

Dragon Age 2 really burned people, to the point where they just don't care for the IP any more.

The lack of marketing meant no one knew it was out, which leads back into being lost in the release scrum because hardly anyone knew it was out.

It's not that strange considering there was almost no marketing and is a bit of a niche franchise anyway.

I always thought DA games did fairly well? They obviously aren't Mass Effect level, but they're still popular. What's shocking to me is that it's cross gen, so it has the largest possible market penetration. It reviewed very well, it's from a well known developer and it's the first major RPG on current gen consoles. I guess the lack of marketing really may have crippled its potential. Everyone involved in that completely dropped the ball.

‘FIFA 15’ (-21%) remains at No1 in the run-up to Christmas and the Top 5 remains the same, with Activision’s ‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’ at No2 (-27%), Rockstar/Take 2’s ‘Grand Theft Auto V’ at No3 (-22%), Ubisoft’s ‘Far Cry 4’ at No4 (-13%) and Warner’s ‘Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham’ at No5 (-29%).

Ubisoft’s ‘Just Dance 2015’ jumps 5 places to No6 (+11%) and is extremely popular on Wii with 66% of sales on that format - the title is now also No1 on the All Formats Budget Chart. Activision’s ‘Destiny’ jumps 7 places to No9 (+29%) with PS4 and Xbox One editions proving extremely popular. There’s no All Formats Top 40 debut for the 2 formats of ‘Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris’ but the title debuts at No17 on PS4 and No14 on PC.

Its hard to take anything from these charts at the moment, the bundling is getting ridiculous.

For £350 you can get a Xb1 with 6 games now. Madness.

Link. I remember 4 games, but 6 now? This is getting insane. Almost poisonously insane, I'd dare to say.

It's getting to the point where you're more or less obliged to buy an XBone if you live on these shores.

It's going to be a close run thing over xmas I reckon.

Who is making money from these deals?!

No one.

I honestly feel that Microsoft has set up some kind of bonus system with retailers that the more consoles they sell, the more Microsoft give them a kickback.

I dont see how this is viable for them otherwise. There are some really good PS4 deals as well but the XBox ones are on a whole different level. We have had the equivalent of US BF deals for over a month now.

Microsoft seems to have no issue with spending as much as it can to mantain its marketshare.

If bundling is what it takes for Evolution to keep making great games, then what does it matter?

They should've set up a way to upsell Driveclub season pass at retail.

I see many posts telling that Dragon Age is undershipped, sold out and therefore only falling out of Top Charts due not being available. Do we have some facts/solid info on this, or is it just wishful thinking and/or anecdotal?

Great game, hope it recovers in sales.
