Seems like the only way right now is hooking up your system to your PC audio-in and making sure to move Mario around enough so his snoring sounds to impede the music.

Nintendo has been absolutely terrible this generation about releasing soundtracks. Wind Waker and F-Zero got one, but F-Zero's came very late. We didn't get a soundtrack for Luigi's Mansion or Super Mario Sunshine, so I don't think we'll get one for Paper Mario. Just will have to wait for someone to do a rip.
