It's actually both, there is also a girl that is part of the investigation. They just had a local news report on him.

Also to clarify more i'm in JAX and though that quote in the OP is horrible this guy has been a real piece of work for years now here. He has been at the forefront in the news crusading against every pro-LGBT bill and anti-discriminatory legislation since the original gay marriage bill here in Fl some years ago. He has done literal harm to gay rights around here in getting people to vote against all of these bills and proposals on ballots for years and years.
