Current endgame boring af

I think it's not that bad. I have a decent enough time doing it, but it doesn't hold my interest that much long term. Crafting was the thing that I got really into last league because it was so lucrative. The new temple mechanic is also accessible at endgame too, and that seems promising.

Druid really does feel like the only class they actually cooked on.

Worth the wait. Druid main in most games so I'll be going bear this season and wyvern in the future.

Druid has 3 distinct beast forms as well as the magic. Looked really interesting.
I liked the Druid in Diablo 2. Never played beyond the beta in D4 with him though.

Could you imagine if they added in an extraction game mode as a league mechanic in PoE2? That would be wild.
have real exiles vs exiles !
damn that pirate supported pack is looking good, man .. some one save me.. already spent 450 on this game( super pack with the art book and sweater) lol
Vaal laser was the shit.. now i can have cannons??!

Just catching up, everything looking good. Looking forward to diving back in.

0.5 should be a huge one with the endgame changes missing the deadline. 1.0 seems further away than ever :messenger_grinning_sweat:

Solo is best way to keep the game fresh and have you engage with all its mechanics to the fullest.
I like finding gear myself and building around it rather than buying everything for orbs and being OP. The improved crafting mechanics should make things easier this go round as well.

I get why people play normally though. I've bricked a few builds and rage deleted toons more than once. Then regretted it half hour later lol.

Well, this season looks absolutely legit this time around. I foresee this cutting down my Arc Raiders time a good bit.
Come at just the right time I think. I have 200+ hours in Arc and its time for a natural slow down instead of playing 24/7. Although there is a rumoured big patch for it next week. I've got room for both, just about.

I've been playing Diablo games my entire life, and I've never played PoE1 nor PoE2 at all, but man every time I watch one of GGG's reveal videos on PoE2 I walk away so damn impressed. It all just looks so good and well done.

I might need to spend the $30 and try out a non-Diablo ARPG like PoE2 for a bit....🤔

Do it Mengy, the game is in a really good spot. 0.4 *should* make things even better.

I may have a spare key, let me check for you later on.

No PVP as well :messenger_sunglasses:

If you enjoy arpg's in general and don't have an aversion to complex mechanics I suspect you won't regret diving into poe2. It's one of the best imo

SFF again for me this time. Went regular last league and didn't enjoy it as much with everything being on tap.

That's my plan for 0.4 as well. I want to bring my own ideas and equip into endgame. Wether I'll keep playing after that, I don't know yet. But since early access release I always bought or got gifted weapons or armour before reaching endgame, making the last stretch quite dull

It's the variety of characters which seem possible to build that intrigues me the most with PoE2. The depth and possibilities just look so dang good. I hate how basic and limited D4's character building is, I honestly prefer D3 over D4 in this regard.

I normally lose interest come endgame as I didn't like the sudden ram up in speed and getting swamped by monsters, although it was a fair bit better in that regard in 0.3 I went Deadeye last time not knowing how OP it was and it was a bit boring if I'm being honest. I did intend to run another Monk but other games got in the way. Had a decent break so looking forward to diving back in.

Obviously going Druid this time around. Should be fun.

Yeah, it feels limitless in poe1, and it is much more open and free in PoE2 than in D4 while being in early access. And they release content and updates which make it even more complex and insane to build absolutely anything you can think of.
It's mind boggling to me how they do it and still, after ten years, come up with new stuff and fresh ideas. Now they do it for two games and don't seem to slow down. Of course some stuff gets delayed, like the endgame changes for 0.4 or the druid which should have released in 0.3 and we still don't have swords in PoE2 after a year of early access, which is insane to me...but for me personally, PoE2 is the pinnacle of arpg's. Before it, it was PoE1 and Grim Dawn and before that it was Diablo 2

I never played endgame in anything... Did it in 0.3 for the first time. Seems interesting, but mostly not my cup of tea.
That might change in future updates but I'm still more interested in creating different characters and classes, testing stuff while leveling up, much more fun to me.
Never understood the appeal of taking someone else's build and rushing through the game and then playing endlessly with that one character.
After testing endgame, I can understand it now, but it still isn't my kind of vibe.

Will go druid of course to test out all of the new skills and mechanics.
