In all seroiusness, as hilarious as most of these have been, lines have been crossed and Twitch technically isn't the place for it. That said, Twitch is very much preferred over UStream (and is supposedly the default for PS4?) so maybe there needs to be a clarification before you start streaming on what goes where. Is that something that could be implemented?

This Spartan Show is horrible.
If you reach viewer and follower milestones on your channel, Twitch will give you quality options for viewers. "Partnered" is the term, it also has to do with getting Revenue from ads, but I don't know all the details.

he isn't a partner, though. he was given transcode options that night he got super popular, partner would require him to fill out paperwork. rarely they give transcode options prior to partner, then partner, then sub button.

Pretty much all have been so far. I haven't seen or heard of anything super controversial yet. Like actual full nakedness and sexual stuff. None of that has happened.

He's reporting them because they're not gaming related. Twitch has that option in their report button. It's up to Twitch staff after that point.

Come on dude, that stream last night was all kinds of terrible; for Christ's sake, darckobra kept making new accounts to show off his naked, passed out wife. Plus all the unsupervised kids starting streams (thank god for the ones where parents noticed and at least monitored)--not as extreme as the other example, obviously, but still not a good look for Sony or Twitch.
Basically, mainstream audiences + stream monsters is a bad mix, and though the integration is undoubtedly going to happen this gen, steps need to be taken to do it right.
