so which one do you like better? To me, the lime flavor is slightly crisper in the Coke, but the lime aftertaste is stronger in the Pepsi.

I say Pepsi, but I'm biased.

Weird, on my way home I picked up a liter of Coke Lime and I just had it during dinner. The taste, to me, tastes more like I'm drinking a "lighter" version of Coke. Like a diet drink.

I also thought for a second that it kinda tastes like when dishwashing soap doesn't totally rinse off the cups in the dishwasher. Ick.

Vanilla Coke = much better.

BTW, I really like Coke w/Lime. I think the Lime taste is really subtle, but just enough to notice it. Tastes great to me.

It does taste like dishwashing soap. Your initial thought was correct. Do not second guess your tastes :lol

I prefer Lime Pepsi. This is coming from someone who prefers regular Coke to regular Pepsi. Lime Coke is too subdued and you only detect the lime as aftertaste, which is why it has that rather weird soapy taste.

I loved crystal pepsi, but pepsi blue was nasty. Coke with lime is pretty good, I like it, but I would rather drink regular coke. As for Pepsi with lime, I havent had it yet.

Pepsi Crystal was pretty good, but I was younger then and also impressionable.

Pepsi Blue was remade as one of the new Sprite Remix flavors, I wish I knew which one it was, and since they don't keep all of the flavors on the market at all times...but I think it was the one before Aruba. (BTW - I know Pepsi doesn't make Sprite, but the flavors were the same)

Coke with lime is good, unlike Coke with lemon. A quick taste test pitting DC with lime against plain old DC with a slice of lime in it revealed that DC with lime is sufficiently close to the real thing that I can't be arsed to slice a lime whenever I want a drink.

Pepsi lime tastes funny to me. Where as with Coke Lime its just natural and tastes even better than regular coke.

But for me, Pepsi Blue was one of my favorites.

Coke Lime all the way. It tastes great, especially when I am pounding down a Chipotle burrito . I will admit that the lime taste can be overpowering, but I find that happens more if you let the drink get warm.

Vanilla Coke is really good and the new one with Lime is as well.

For some reason, I have taken a liking to diet coke with lime. Plain diet coke is bad though.
